Sharing & control

Useful context.
Clear boundaries.

Choose a purpose, review the representation, and understand what the recipient can access.

Consent

Before preparation

Choose which sources your assistant may read. Do not assume every file or conversation is relevant.

Review

Before sharing

Correct the draft and preview the context prepared for the hiring team.

Control

After sharing

Understand access events and the difference between revoking access and recalling information.

A representation has a purpose.

The context for a hiring role differs from the context for an advisory opportunity. A recipient should receive the information relevant to that purpose.

Approval and access are different.

Approving an application saves the representation submitted for that role. Creating a share permits access under its rules. Later edits do not silently replace an application snapshot.

Access does not mean a response.

An assistant fetch, a browser open and a human response are distinct events. Navii should tell you which event occurred without turning it into a guarantee.

Revocation has a limit.

Stopping future access cannot erase material already received. Keep that distinction clear before approving a share.
