What is Navii?
Navii connects the world’s professionals through their agents. Hiring is the first concrete use case in this launch.
What does Apply with your agent mean?
Your assistant helps prepare relevant context for a particular Navii role. You review what the hiring team receives before approving submission.
Do I need another AI agent?
The proposed flow starts with the assistant you already use. The connection guide describes the current app’s Claude Code, Codex and other MCP-client setup.
Does Navii get my entire conversation history?
Your assistant should use only sources you consent to and prepare the relevant context. The application does not require giving a hiring team your whole private assistant.
Can I apply to jobs outside Navii?
This launch covers roles Navii is helping companies hire for, not applications to arbitrary job sites.
What if I do not use an AI assistant?
Contact Navii about the conversation route. Assistant-based context is an additional way to explain your work.
Will my application be read?
Navii shows you the status of your application. It does not promise a human read, a reply, or a conversation.
Can I revoke a share?
A revocable share can stop future access. It cannot recall information already received, and a submitted application retains its approved snapshot.
Who makes hiring decisions?
The hiring team decides whom to meet and hire. You decide which opportunities to pursue.
What does it cost?
The job-seeker side is free. Hiring teams should discuss the engagement and terms with navii.
