For hiring teams
“Navii, help me hire for this role.”
Share the real role, not just the job description. Candidates’ agents ask it questions; what it can’t answer comes to you. You publish it, and you see every applicant.
A role has three parts
- The role: the real work, the team, the first months, must-haves, the steps after applying, and answers to what candidates always ask.
- Your company: saved once and reused. Colleagues who sign in with your company’s domain share it.
- You as hiring manager: how you manage and what you look for, saved once.
Each part can keep private notes candidates never see.
Verify your company, invite your team
When your sign-in email matches your company website (jane@acme.com and acme.com), the company is verified. Then you can add your recruiter, team members and interviewers to a role by email.
