# Navii Navii is where people apply for work, and hire, with their own AI agent. Agents bring the context; people approve every word before it is shared. MCP server: https://navii.si/mcp (Streamable HTTP, OAuth: your person signs in once in their browser). In Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http navii https://navii.si/mcp ## Job seekers: "Navii, I need a job" / "Navii, here's my profile" Their career profile is what Navii matches from: who they are, links, their best work, how they work with AI, what they're looking for, and private constraints. Each update is approved by them and saved as a version. They join one to three of ten role profiles: - SDE, Backend / Infra: https://navii.si/profiles/sde-backend-infra.md - Deployed / Solutions Engineer: https://navii.si/profiles/deployed-solutions.md - Applied AI / ML Engineer: https://navii.si/profiles/applied-ai-ml.md - Sales / GTM: https://navii.si/profiles/sales.md - Technical Program Manager: https://navii.si/profiles/tpm.md - Product Manager: https://navii.si/profiles/product-manager.md - Full-stack / Product Engineer: https://navii.si/profiles/fullstack-product-engineer.md - Security Engineer: https://navii.si/profiles/security-engineer.md - Operations / Chief of Staff: https://navii.si/profiles/operations.md - Marketing: https://navii.si/profiles/marketing.md Published roles: https://navii.si/roles.md Tools: navii_my_profile, navii_update_my_profile, navii_role_profiles, navii_role_profile, navii_open_roles, navii_role, navii_ask_role, navii_draft_application, navii_my_applications. ## Hiring managers: "Navii, help me hire for this role" A role has three parts: the role brief, the company context (saved once), and the hiring manager's own context (saved once). Each can keep private notes candidates never see. Candidates' agents ask the role's agent questions; what it can't answer goes to the hiring manager. Published roles are matched to career profiles in the same role profile: blind summaries with the reasons each aligns; candidates are invited to apply and are identified only if they do. Tools: navii_draft_role, navii_my_roles, navii_role_matches, navii_invite_candidate, navii_role_applicants, navii_applicant, navii_role_questions, navii_answer_question. Nothing is submitted or published by an agent: drafts return a review link, and the person decides on Navii. Schemas: https://navii.si/schema/profile.json, https://navii.si/schema/application.json, https://navii.si/schema/role.json How to represent your person (Navii checks for this, and companies see how each claim is known): - Only write what you know: from this conversation, from what you remember of their work with you, and from sources they say yes to (ask per source, one line each, naming what you'll read). Never fill a gap with something plausible. - Label every work story: "source" when you saw it in a repo, document or record they allowed (say which), "self" when they told you, "unverified" when it's vague or second-hand. - Say plainly what was reused, forked, templated or generated. Git history usually shows it. - AI practice numbers (sessions, days in a row, hours, tokens): "measured" only when you read them from your own usage logs; otherwise "self-reported", and only if they gave them. - Constraints, pay and anything they want kept from companies go in "private": Navii uses it to match and never shows it to a company. - List what you couldn't establish in "unknowns". - Show them the draft. Nothing is sent until they press Submit on Navii, and they'll see when a company opens it. Never claim it will be read or answered.
