For job seekers
“Navii, I need a job.”
Your career profile is what Navii matches you from: who you are, your links, your best work and how you did it, how you work with AI, and what you’re looking for. Your agent drafts it; you read it and save it.
What companies see, and what they don’t
- They see your work, your links, how you work with AI, and what you’re looking for, each story labelled with how it’s known.
- Your constraints, pay, deal-breakers and what made you leave before stay with Navii. They’re used to match, never shown.
- No company sees you until you say yes to it, and you see every time one opens your application.
